Scope of Service
Gesundheitsberatung provides professional nutrition consulting. We offer educational guidance and dietary strategies; we do not provide medical diagnosis or clinical treatment.
Virtual Protocol
Consultations are conducted exclusively online via secure link. It is the client's responsibility to ensure a stable connection and a private environment for the duration of the session.
Cancellation
Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide notice results in a full session fee to cover professional laboratory availability.

Agreement
By engaging with our clinical nutrition protocols, you acknowledge that our health guidance is intended for optimal performance and metabolic balance, not for the treatment of acute pathology.
Our consultants at Königsallee 50 operate under strict health advisory standards. Decisions regarding medications or therapeutic diets should only be made in conjunction with your primary care physician. We provide the metabolic data and nutritional strategy; your doctor provides the medical clearance.

Definitions
Termination of Access
Gesundheitsberatung reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our digital consulting platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes to Protocol
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
